Mother Goose Time at the central library: 15 mins of singing and 20 mins of free play.

Ming Ming claiming her voice in the group. She is so loud that you can only hear her. I feel like all the other babies are gentler than her, she keeps on taking toys from other kids.

The ball is a present from Julian to Ming Ming, but he likes it so much that he does not want to let go ... and so he starts crying... so cute!

Ming Ming and Julian was tired after the cake, but once I moved the train to the living room, their eyes were brightened up. in fact, not just the littles ones, the big kids - Rafael and Enzo -got equally interested.

my first birthday

We celebrated Ming Ming's first birthday on Sunday because papa was in Chicago for his final exam on Saturday. The day was packed with action: pooling with papa in the morning, lunch and play with our guests in the afternoon, pool again after the party. Ming Ming was so tired after the pool and fell asleep right away.

Big thanks to our guests for their presents and for sharing the day with us! also a lot of thanks for all the blessings, cards, and gifts coming France, Montreal, Chicago, Hong Kong and everywhere else!

I thought she would love patting the farm animals as she sees them so often in her toys and books, but Ming Ming was a bit scared to touch them.

the rooster and the pig are best friends, so we are told...

She like this rabbit the most. She fed it with grasses and clapped her hands each time after the rabbit had successfully taken a grass from her... very cute!

Our first outing with the Playgroup for Working Parents in Charlottesville. It was a really nice afternoon. Unfortunately I forgot my camera, this is a pic taken by other parents.
