Epidaurus, Mycenae, etc

The impressive ancient theatre of Epidaurus

the stadium and odeon of Asclepius, basically the first hospital in the world

no matter where we are, one of Emile's passion is to look for ants, follow them, and sometimes to find ways to kill them

artemis

another way of keeping Emile engaged is to look for images of dinosaur, here is a spinosauraus emerging from water

we end the day's visit by going up to the citadel of Nafplio

full moon back at kiveri

Mycenae, the tomb of Agamemnon, is one of the most impressive sites in Peloponnese

Emile is obsessed with Medusa, after I told him the story of Perseus, who is the founder of Mycenae according to the myths; and with Hydra and the hero that killed it, Hercules. Hercules is related to Mycenae as it is for the mycenaean king that he performed his ten famous labors.
