Ming Ming starts school again today. And we got an evaluation form from Ms Beth.
Ming Ming is very bright and her communication ability is getting stronger every day as she learns more about how to express her feelings and wants. She is a cheerful and open participant in all activities and listens well to directions that have more than one step, thus allowing her to set an example for other students and be praised accordingly. She is still working and growing in her group interactions as she continues to develop a willingness to share and take turns. I have noticed her empathetic and caring responses to the needs of others as well as her struggles at times to play cooperatively. She does enjoy helping me and others and clearly feels strongly about what she knows is the safe and appropriate behavior for the classroom environment. She has a great smile, an even better pout, and I will her all month!
